央广网北京6月12日消息（记者 宋雪）6月12日，国家移民管理局发布公告，自2025年6月12日起，印度尼西亚公民可适用240小时过境免签政策便捷来华，中国240小时过境免签政策适用国家增至55国。
Beijing, June 12 (China National Radio) – China's National Immigration Administration announced that, starting June 12, 2025, Indonesian citizens will be eligible for China's 240-hour visa-free transit policy. With this update, the number of countries benefiting from this policy has increased to 55 nations.
目前，印度尼西亚、俄罗斯、英国等55国人员持有效国际旅行证件和确定日期及座位的联程客票，从中国过境前往第三国或地区，可从北京、上海等24个省（区、市）60个开放口岸中的任一口岸免签入境，并在规定区域停留活动不超过10天。
Citizens from Indonesia, Russia, the United Kingdom, and 52 other countries holding valid international travel documents and confirmed onward tickets to a third country or region, can enter China visa-free via any of 60 approved ports of entry across 24 provinces, including major hubs like Beijing and Shanghai. The maximum stay under this policy is 240 hours (10 days)within designated areas.

During the stay, travelers may engage in tourism, business, visiting family or friends, and similar short-term activities. However, activities such as employment, academic studies, or journalism still require a valid visa and prior approval.

According to officials, the inclusion of Indonesia in the transit visa-free program reflects China’s strategic efforts to deepen ties with ASEAN nations, aligning with its broader regional engagement policies. The move is seen as a way to facilitate trade, investment, and people-to-people exchanges between China and Indonesia, while strengthening mutual understanding and cultural cooperation.
